POWER UNITS

Scott Industrial System's Engineering team designs and manufactures custom power units tailored to your specific needs.

We are dedicated to delivering the best value for your power unit requirements and also offer power units from various manufacturers, including small DC packages and standard AC packages.

NFPA - JIC
Standard electrical JIC/NFPA symbols are used to represent contactors, thermal overloads, motors, and transformers in electrical schematic diagrams.

L-SHAPE
Compact hydraulic units designed in an L-shaped configuration to save space. They combine the reservoir and pump into a space-efficient design, making them ideal for applications with limited space.

LOW PROFILE
Designed with a low, flat profile to fit into tight or limited spaces. They are ideal for applications where height constraints are a concern, providing the same functionality as standard power units but in a more space-efficient design.

POWER PACKS

HORIZONTAL or VERTICAL

Self-contained hydraulic units that provide power for hydraulic systems. They consist of a motor, pump, reservoir, and other components necessary to generate and control hydraulic pressure.

DC & AC
DC power units use direct current for precise control in battery-operated or mobile equipment, while AC power units use alternating current for high-power applications in industrial settings.

CUSTOM
With expertise in 3D CAD design and custom-built hydraulic power units, test stands, control panels, electronics controls, lubrication systems, and pneumatic panels, we are well-equipped to design a system tailored to your needs. View more with our

INDUSTRIAL
Designs typically include a motor, pump, reservoir, and other components to generate and control hydraulic pressure for various applications

TEST STANDS
Used to test and evaluate the performance of hydraulic power units, it allows for the assessment of factors such as pressure, flow rates, and overall functionality to ensure that the power unit operates correctly and meets specified standards before deployment.
